Dr. Yang graduated from Peking Union Medical College in 1996 with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. He has served as a visiting scholar at the University of Rochester in the United States and a guest researcher at Osaka University in Japan. Since 2012, he has been a Chief Physician and Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Peking Union Medical College Hospital.
