Professor Zhong Yong specializes in the surgical treatment of complex cataracts and the diagnosis and treatment of difficult optic nerve diseases (inflammation, trauma, tumor compression, etc.). He focuses on the clinical diagnosis, treatment, and basic research of neuro-ophthalmology-related diseases (optic nerve inflammatory and vascular diseases, eye-related cranial nerve diseases, visual pathway diseases, etc.), and specializes in anterior segment surgery, such as phacoemulsification for cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.
