Graduating from the Medical Department of Beijing Medical College (now Peking University Health Science Center) in 1977, she was assigned to Peking Union Medical College Hospital. She was appointed as a Master's Supervisor in 1996. With over 30 years of experience on the clinical frontline, she undertakes clinical, teaching, and research tasks in hematology.
