Associate Chief Physician and Master's Supervisor. Specializes in surgical and non-invasive correction of auricular malformations, endoscopic surgery for middle ear diseases, auditory implants, and the diagnosis and treatment of rare diseases including syndromic deafness and ear malformations. Dr. Fan holds an MD in Clinical Medicine from Peking Union Medical College. She has hosted the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation General Project. She serves as the Secretary-General of the Geriatric Hearing Care Expert Committee of the China Hearing Medical Development Foundation, Member of the Deafness Gene Diagnosis and Prevention Expert Committee of the China Hearing Medical Development Foundation, Member of the Auditory and Vestibular Medicine Branch of the Chinese Eugenics Science Association, Member of the Artificial Auditory Branch of the China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care, and Corresponding Editorial Board Member of the 'Chinese Journal of Otology'.
