Specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of movement disorders (Parkinson's disease, dystonia, tremor, tics, etc.), with rich experience in the application of botulinum toxin in neurology practice. Dr. Wan has long been engaged in clinical, teaching, and research work in neurology, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of movement disorders (extrapyramidal diseases), and has extensive clinical experience in rare and complex diseases where abnormal movement is a prominent manifestation.
She pioneered the application of botulinum toxin in China for treating various conditions such as hemifacial spasm, dystonia, spasticity, migraine and tension headaches, tic disorders, and hyperhidrosis. Her clinical application and research of botulinum toxin are at a leading level domestically. She has successfully organized 14 national training courses on movement disorders and botulinum toxin therapy, playing a crucial exemplary and guiding role in promoting this treatment technology.
