Professor Yu Qi is a Chief Physician, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor, currently serving as the Director of the Gynecological Endocrinology and Reproductive Center Teaching and Research Section at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. He specializes in sterility, menopause, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and various gynecologic endocrine diseases. He graduated in 1989 from the 8-year program at Peking Union Medical College with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. He subsequently served as a resident, attending physician, associate chief physician, and chief physician in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. He has also served as the Deputy Director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and formerly as the Director of the Gynecological Endocrinology and Reproductive Center at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Throughout his career, Professor Yu has led numerous research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Education. He has published extensively in the field of gynecological endocrinology and has received multiple awards, including the First Prize of the Ministry of Health Science and Technology Progress Award.
