Chief Physician. Specializes in clinical anesthesia. Joined the Anesthesiology Department of Xiehe Hospital in 1994 and has been working there ever since.

Associate Chief Physician and Associate Professor. Specializes in the nutritional management of common diseases such as diabetes, obesity, and gout. Dr. Pengju Liu has been engaged in clinical nutrition work for over 10 years. His main professional focus is the nutritional management of chronic diseases, including diabetes, obesity, gestational diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and dyslipidemia. He currently serves as the Secretary of the Clinical Nutrition Branch of the Beijing Medical Association and the Secretary of the Expert Committee of the Beijing Clinical Nutrition Treatment Quality Control and Improvement Center. In April 2008, he participated in the dietitian training of the 'Towards Health Nutritional Value' project sponsored by the Ministry of Health. He won first place in the dietitian group of the hospital nutrition treatment competition at the 2010 Beijing Staff Vocational Skills Competition, received the 'Mastery of Vocational Skills Award' from the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions, and was awarded the Capital Labor Medal in 2011. To date, he has published over 20 professional and popular science articles. He has also participated in the writing and compilation of books including 'Peking Union Medical College Famous Doctors Series - Hematological Oncology', 'Nutrition Assessment and Nutrition Therapy Manual', 'Diabetes Life Wisdom', and 'Quick Reference for Maternal Nutrition Recipes'.

Assistant Director of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department, Associate Chief Physician, and Master's Supervisor. Dr. Qian Zhang specializes in the integrative treatment of diabetes and its chronic complications, as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments for respiratory, digestive, immune, cardiovascular, and other internal diseases. She is also highly experienced in treating gynecological menstrual disorders, tumors, and other complex diseases. Dr. Zhang earned her Master's degree in Clinical TCM from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and her Ph.D. in Clinical Integrative Medicine from Peking Union Medical College. Since graduation, she has been working in the TCM Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital. During her tenure, she completed a clinical rotation in the Internal Medicine Department for over a year, systematically studying the diagnosis and treatment of immune, respiratory, digestive, and cardiovascular diseases. She has led several research projects, including a youth project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a central university basic scientific research project of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and a clinical research youth project for central high-level hospitals at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. She has also participated in multiple national and Beijing municipal research funds and co-authored two books. As a first author, she has published over 20 professional academic papers, including 5 SCI papers. She teaches 'Traditional Chinese Medicine' to undergraduates at the School of Nursing, Peking Union Medical College, and provides clinical instruction to eight-year medical students and interns from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.

Professor Qiang Sun is the Director of the Breast Surgery Teaching and Research Section, a Chief Physician, Professor, and Doctoral/Postdoctoral Supervisor. He specializes in the early diagnosis of breast cancer, surgical and comprehensive systemic treatment for breast malignancies, and the diagnosis and treatment of benign breast tumors. Professor Sun has been engaged in the diagnosis, treatment, and research of breast diseases since 1988. He has extensive clinical experience, having performed over 8,000 breast cancer surgeries as the lead surgeon, with an annual volume exceeding 800 cases in recent years. He has improved surgical methods, enabling the completion of modified radical mastectomies for breast cancer within 15 minutes. He excels in breast-conserving surgery using hidden incisions and pioneered breast-conserving surgery with periareolar incisions. For patients who desire breast conservation but have unsuitable lesions, he developed a single periareolar incision technique for modified radical mastectomy and primary reconstruction, significantly improving cosmetic outcomes. He has led numerous national key scientific and technological projects, including the 11th and 12th Five-Year Plan projects on breast cancer screening models in China. He has actively promoted the three-tier prevention concept of breast cancer, hosted numerous international and domestic conferences, and trained over 500 doctors. His achievements have been promoted and applied in over 30 hospitals and health service institutions nationwide, benefiting over 500,000 women.

Chief Physician. Specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of various types of female infertility, including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, adenomyosis, diminished ovarian reserve, unexplained infertility, ovulation disorders, and recurrent miscarriage, as well as reproductive endocrine diseases such as irregular menstruation. Highly skilled in in vitro fertilization (IVF), artificial insemination, individualized controlled ovarian hyperstimulation, and fertility preservation. Associate Chief Physician and Associate Professor at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Specializes in the management of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hyperuricemia, coronary heart disease, osteoporosis, malnutrition, benign prostatic hyperplasia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and other common diseases and comorbidities in the elderly. Her expertise includes elderly memory screening and management, consultation and health management after annual health checkups, preoperative evaluation, comprehensive functional assessment, and polypharmacy management. Graduated from Peking Union Medical College in 2003 with an MD and completed a comprehensive internal medicine rotation. From 2008 to 2009, she studied geriatrics at Johns Hopkins University in the United States. She has since been dedicated to clinical, teaching, and research work in geriatrics.

Attending Physician. Specializes in the treatment of facial dermatitis, acne, melasma, eczema, scleroderma, and other skin diseases; excision of various superficial tumors in dermatologic surgery; cosmetic dermatology and botulinum toxin/hyaluronic acid injection treatments; injection treatment for axillary osmidrosis and hyperhidrosis; and the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases. Dr. Rouyu Fang, MD, graduated from the 8-year clinical medicine program at Peking Union Medical College in 2015, and joined the Medical Skin Beauty Center of Peking Union Medical College Hospital in the same year.

Specializes in common diseases of internal medicine and chronic diseases, including hypertension, COPD, gout, and other difficult cases related to multiple systems and psychosomatic diseases. Dr. Sha majored in Internal Medicine and General Practice. She graduated from Peking Union Medical College in 2000 with a clinical MD degree. Since 2006, she has served as a general internist at Peking Union Medical College Hospital, possessing a solid foundation in internal medicine. In 2009, she joined the Department of Psychological Medicine and Psychophysiology Center at Peking Union Medical College Hospital as a core member. In her clinical practice, she emphasizes the bio-psycho-social medical model, paying equal attention to both physiological and psychological aspects to comprehensively care for patients' physical and mental health.

Chief Physician, Professor, and Master's Supervisor. Specializes in cerebrovascular diseases, primary and secondary prevention of ischemic stroke, diagnosis and treatment of cerebral artery stenosis, ultrasound diagnosis of cerebrovascular conditions, and the diagnosis and treatment of dizziness, vertigo, and headache. Dr. Gao has been engaged in clinical work in neurology since 1987. Born in Linhai, Zhejiang in 1964, Dr. Gao completed an internship at Peking Union Medical College Hospital in 1986 and has been working in its Department of Neurology since 1987. Dr. Gao has made significant contributions to the field, including serving as a forum moderator for 'Neuro-ultrasound' since 2007, publishing the book 'Diagnostic Techniques and Clinical Applications of Transcranial Doppler Ultrasound (TCD)' in 2004, and conducting extensive TCD training for vascular neurologists across multiple cities from 2011 to 2015. From 2009 to 2015, Dr. Gao served as an instructor for the 'International Academy of Stroke Standardized Treatment' and authored 'Chinese Ischemic Stroke Subtypes'. Since 2011, Dr. Gao has led extensive discussions and training on dizziness, vertigo, and headache, publishing the e-book series 'Miscellaneous Talks on Dizziness and Vertigo', and serving as an instructor at the Eisai Dizziness and Vertigo Academy since 2012.

Associate Chief Physician and Associate Professor. Specializes in anesthesia for difficult and complex cases, as well as the treatment of acute and chronic pain. Dr. Chen possesses solid basic medical theoretical knowledge and rich clinical experience. His sub-specialty interests include orthopedic anesthesia, geriatric anesthesia, pain management, and sleep therapy. Born in October 1971 in Hunan, Dr. Chen graduated from Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University in 1995 and was assigned to the Department of Anesthesiology at Peking Union Medical College Hospital as a resident physician. He obtained his Master's degree in Anesthesiology from Peking Union Medical College in 2000 and was promoted to attending physician in 2002. He later earned his Ph.D. in Anesthesiology from Peking Union Medical College in 2006 and was appointed as an Associate Chief Physician in 2009. From 2004 to 2005, he completed a one-year advanced study program at the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 2007, he participated in advanced clinical skills training at Auckland City Hospital in New Zealand. From 2011 to 2012, he was officially dispatched to work at Conde S. Januário Hospital in Macau for one year.

Deputy Director of Breast Surgery, Director of Day Care Center (Xidan Campus), Chief Physician, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and MD. He specializes in breast conserving surgery, sentinel lymph node biopsy, modified radical mastectomy and simultaneous breast reconstruction for breast cancer, as well as aesthetic resection of breast tumors. Dr. Shen graduated from the 8-year program of Peking Union Medical College with an MD degree. He has worked at the hospital since graduation, specializing in the surgical and comprehensive treatment of benign and malignant breast diseases. In 2013, he was sponsored by the 'Hundred Talents Program' of Peking Union Medical College Hospital to study at Harvard Medical School, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
